Was it Babylon 5 where the commander (Sheridan if it was B5) commanded a ship to go into a hopeless battle carrying false intelligence so the enemy would be misinformed when they searched the wreckage?

I want to say it was Sheridan commanding a White Star to go into battle against some shadow ships with false battle plans, and that's how they got the Shadows to show up at the same place as the Vorlons for the "final battle." Am I remembering this correctly?

If I am, damn, B5 was a fucking hardass show :bigthumb:

That vaguely reminds me of Babylon 5: A Call to Arms. I guess I have to rewatch it all when I get done with SG-1, since I don't remember it well enough to give you a solid answer.

You are correct. It was in season four episode "The Long Night". Sheridan sent one of the White Stars with false intelligence to lure the shadows in to the final battle.

Best Sci Fi TV ever, and one of the best TV shows period. Straczynski is a genius.
