A&P was there a web proxy list here recently?

    Or am I losing my mind?

    I thought I saw a bunch of web proxies listed in a thread here a few days ago...

    One of em was really good.... But I lost it...

    Anyone remember this? Or have a good proxy?

    I run my own on a webhost

    my hosting only costs $5 a month :dunno:

    or if you want to make your own that runs over your home internet connection search for an EDU thread I made a few years ago :o

    not host - proxy...

    for getting to web pages that are blocked by content filters...

    for that i just use remote desktop and surf from my home computer :o

    also, a lot of the content filters will also filter proxies.

    i find that some content filters don't filter any secure (https) addresses, which is why the kproxy link above works.

    yes I know what you are talking about, and if you have a webhost that supports PHP or CGI scripts you can set your own up pretty easily :hsugh:
