    IT FUCKING SUCKS:ugh:

3 hours in and the game does not change at all. Story line is dull, action is boring, and the game is repetitive as hell. Do yourself a favor, if you pre-ordered it then switch it something else.

Please, for the love of god and your own sanity do not i repeat do not get this game. This IS the reason why ubisoft have been buying out all these review sites.

I enjoyed the first one. I am most likely going to rent it because I don't see myself replaying it.

I loved the first one, so I will be picking this one up. I don't sit there for hours and burn myself out on games though. I can see how people would get annoyed with the first one.

I don't see what people saw on the first one.

The missions were very repetitive, and the way the game presented itself was extremely retarded.

The setting was medieval, but somehow your HUD belonged to some futuristic game. The very first part, you have all your skills, and then all of a sudden you forget them and start from zero. :ugh::rofl:

The only reason the first one got all the attention was because of that bitch who was developing it. Now that she is doing something else, nobody gives a shit about this, but somehow we get to know it wasn't her fault afterall. Why? Because the game still sucks.

how the hell you guys like the first one. I rented it for a weekend and it was still way to repetitive. was fun for the first few hours then it was just annoying.

yeah, im not saying the first one was perfect by any means, yes it can be repetitive, but i still enjoyed it alot and from what ive played of 2, its more of the same with less restriction to what missions you are doing. gameplay is the same which makes it a buy for me for sure

Free-running, sandbox-style gameplay with swords, stealth and shit = fun

Did the side-missions get repetitive? Oh yeah they did, but the assassination missions were fun as shit, the game looked great, and the sandbox gameplay in a medieval setting was unprecedented.

This confirms the fact I will buy this day 1.

AC 1 is my fav game on the 360 out of the 34+ games I currently have for that system. Have done 100% completion 4 times. Will be picking it up for the PS3

Wah wah - repetitive..... Name one game that isn't in one way or another.

if you guys all enjoy free running and such, then play infamous. That game is fucking awesome and though the guy does the same thing, the missions were always diffrent. Thats the only game that has done free running perfectly.

As for assassins creed 2, its exactly like AC1. If you enjoy AC1 you'll obviously enjoy AC2. But goddamn that shit is boring after 20 mins.

I loved the first one. I'll probably just rent this time though since I probably won't ever play it again after beating it
