want to not be able to walk? v. halp me recover

    I did deads, glute ham raises and hyper extensions with a 55-ish lb bar on...Sunday...and I'm still incredibly sore. So sore that I can't take full steps. Been stretching and foam rolling but nothing helps. Any ideas? Fml I hate GHRs

    my legs hurt for about 3 days after fixing my squat depth and then doing triple drop calf raises. It'll go away. More food and stretch!

    The day right after leg day isn't so bad... it's the 2-3rd day. If you're really sore after the 1st day, that's when you know you're fucked. The key is to never take days off from doing legs because if you do..... and you go hard next time... good night.

    oh, i'm currently sore as fuck right now from just 3 sets of squats and 2 sets of hamstring curls. hitting shit twice a week with lower volume ftw.

    Just rode the bike and walked and then did lots of high rep hamstring stuff and streyching...I can walk now fine so hopefully this cures it :o

    On leg day I find riding the stationary bike for 5 mins at the end of the workout helps dome considerably.

    Also hitting legs frequently as dux said is the best.

    Taking a shit 2-3 days later is such a struggle.

    I train plenty often enough, I think it was the GHR's, they were hard as fuck and I'd never done them before, usually just deadlift.

    what i need to learn how to do is to get into running shape whilst doing squats and what not.
