Want to look cut but dont want to lose my gains...

    so ive bulked some recently... went from 155 to about 173... ive seen a lot of increases in the amount that i lift and i want to keep it that way but i want to be cut as well... ive been 173 for about a good 2-3 weeks now... curious on what i should do... i take protein... and excercise everyday and now im gonna start doing cardio a lot just dont wanna lose my gains... that and im going to eat healthy... any suggestions?

    I think you should probably stay at maintnence for a little longer?

    did read it christophers... i understand that but ive tried before and i end up losing what i gain

    If you want to lose body fat and your doing cardio then do it at High Intense Intervals, like sprinting, don't jog or walk for miles at a time.
