my flexability is about as bad as can be and i'd like to work on improving it as part of my overall health improvement. problem is i have no idea how to stretch or what to do or for how long so i really think i need some sort of video or set of workouts to follow. Ideally i'd like to find a good overall flexability improvement video that i could follow every morning before heading out of the house, something designed more for men if such a thing exists would be great.

anyone know of something like this?

I do some of those after leg day. Are you flexible as Wolfehunter?

Yoga works great for me. Keeps me good and flexible for my fencing.

When I started out there was a Rodney Yee vid that was really good had two diffrent 20~30 min sessions that were perfect for in the morning.

I'll try and figure out which one of his DVDs it is when I'm off my phone :o

Sorry, was wiped out last night and forgot to check. :o

Power Yoga: Strength and Flexibility is the one I have that I really like. It's a good one for beginners and getting your flexibility and strength up for some of the holds. You can probably find it cheaper some places too, (or find it and many other yoga vids online), I remember buying it at target back in like 2004.

It is pretty much stretching, but there's really a lot of different kinds of yoga too - just like there's lots of different kinds of lifting. A lot of what Timberwolf is doing in his stretching vid could be considered yoga but some yoga poses take some practice and a little bit of strength too.

Also, if you're a member of a chain gym, they probably have free classes you could check out. Even the vids that are good are still targeted at certain group and so won't going to be specifically tailored to any one persons skill or goals.
