So yeah.. pretty much I'm trying to do Muay Thai as cardio in the morning, but it doesn't start till 9AM... and it won't end till 12PM. I'm trying to do cardio on a empty stomach, but I don't know if doing it for 3 hours without food, and not eating till about 12:30PM is healthy for my muscles and etc. Can anyone give some input? Should I be sipping some Xtend with Substance WPI while I'm training, or should I just go ahead and eat breakfast before training? Or should I just stick to traditional running in the morning, and go to the next MT class at 4PM.
