    I'm going to the gym in 20min and wanted to know what back day hit your lats the hardest.

    Chinups
    Bent over rows
    Lat Pulldowns (wide and narrow grip)
    Shrugs
    ???
    ???

    Start out with weighted pullups (go to failure), drop the weight and continue doing unweighted pullups till failure, then head over to the wide-grip pulldowns with some lighter weight till failure.. that's one set. Do it 3-4 times.

    Do sets of 5(reps) with your bodyweight but with only 30 sec rest between sets. If you can do 20 sets (100 reps total) add weight next time or decrease your rest time.

    my lats are so fuckin sore and all i did was 5 sets of one exercise

    I did 4x8 of bb rows, working up each set, one night and my lats were pulverized

    I did weights pullups
    Used that nautilus machine
    bent over rows
    Wide grip pulldowns

    I'm feeling it today.:hsd:
