    My main goals are weight loss and keeping sodiium near 2000 because of the ole ticker being fucked up here is what I just figured up for a typical day.

    calories/sodium/carbs/protein
    Breakfast
    2 cups of shredded wheat 380/20/90/10
    3/4 cup milk 97.5/97.5/9/6

    total breakfast numbers 477.5/97.5/90/10

    after workout shake
    2 scoops on cookies and cream in water 220/380/8/48

    total 220/380/8/48

    lunch
    2 slices all wheat toast 110/220/20/5
    3 eggs 210/95/3/18

    total 320/415/23/23

    dinner
    3 cups salad mix 30/20/6/2
    3tbs of basalmic dressing 12.5/240/1.5/0
    2 slices whole wheat bread 110/220/20/5
    bonesless skinless chiken breast 150/300/0/32
    (I estimated this number from calorie king, does it sound right?)

    total 302.5/780/27.5/40

    after work
    2 scoops on cookies and cream 220/380/8/48

    total 220/380/8/48


    grand daily totals 1540/2062/165.5/175

    I think it looks fine in terms of macro ratios for the carbs and protein but that means you're probably having only 200 calories from fats which means just around 20g of fat. I would increase calories slightly from fat...
    How much water are you consuming?

    I have to keep it within reason......dr doesnt want too much water being stored in body as heart tries to heal itself. Im on a ton of heart medicine including a waterpill. I say I drink about a 2l of water a day

    6ft 350

    I weighed 455 last november when my heart blew all to shit. Dr gave me the go ahead to start lifting some since my heart has now regained most of its strength. Im 24

    edit: no heart attack, dilated cariomyopathy

    i'm no expert so don't listen to me, but isn't 1540 cals a little low for someone who's 350lbs?

    exactly what i was going to offer

    start off a little higher and step down... once you stall out at 1500 cals, there isn't much room to drop them down more

    I could toss in a snack bag of almonds for a 200 cal boost and some extra protein? I just need to be 100% sure im going to lose fat

    at 6' 350lbs you need to be dropping weight fast. Has your doctor said anything about a PSMF diet?

    PSMF is typically reserved for the morbidly morbidly obese. think along the lines of 500+, the ones hospitalized due to their weight and inability to move.. a doctor is not going to suggest, or even likely know what a PSMF is. a doctor who works at a obese clinic would.

    ah, yea im not crippled or nothing, lol. I work 40 hours a week and workout and do all sorts of shit. So im not bedridden :)

    nothing wrong with dropping weight ASAP when you're 350 though. at that weight you will hardly lose much muscle if you diet hard
