For those lazy fucks like me, tuna is a great protein source, and a quick snack with some mayo. That can get a little boring, but I just had some the other day with some sweet corn in it, and it was

Definitely gonna have some corn in the fridge from now on, a couple scoops per can gives it a little texture, and the sweet corn tastes great in there.

    Check it out sometime... :bigthumb:

If your diet allows it, don't see anything wrong with Velveeta and macaroni.

Seen a stat yesterday, Canada consumes the largest amount of mac and cheese than any other nation.

My tuna usually consists of tuna+tabasco.

Drain till it's bone dry, salt pepper, lemon juice till it's nice and moist.

Starkist has some yellow fin tuna in oil with roasted garlic, lemon dill and a I think another flavor. They are only a few cents more per can, breaks it up nicely for me. :big grin:

I just buy it at costco, way cheaper than stores. I think I might just buy the big 60oz cans too and leave it in the fridge, instead of the 2.5 serving 6oz cans each time.

I forget who makes it, maybe Hellmans. But they have a Mayo with wasabi in it that's awesome, comes in squeeze bottle. Not low fat but it's good as hell.
