Need some advice, im looking to go get a tattoo on my forearm early october (4 weekends away) and I will admit my arms are pretty small - so I was thinking about grabbing some weights and beefin up my arms and shit. Is 4 weeks enough time to put some muscle on? What kinda stuff can I do excercise wise with dumb bells to get my forearm/biceps/everything else beefier? What about nutrition? Would taking anything like weight gainers or protein or anything be beneficial? Is 4 weeks even enough time to see a little difference?
