I only know of one workout for LATs. Plus what day should I throw them in at? I am currently doing them during back day but I am thinking that throwing them in on Shoulder day would be better hence i hit shoulders twice a week. :wiggle:

i do several back and lat exercises on my deadlift day. i also do one horizontal pulling movement on my bench day, as well as two vertical pulling movements on my overhead day.

All i do is the vertical pull down with my chest arched up and upper back pushed up. It gives a serious burn on my lats but i wanted another excercise to throw in the mix.

no due im asking more along the lines like, do you bring your shoulders up and bring your chin down to your chest and touch your back to the bar or do you pull up with your chin in front of the bar?

do heavy rows with a FULL range of motion.. like stretch your lats at the top of the motion. Do these until you die.

Do pull-ups to get that V-taper while you're at it.
