the catch is you need to like fish, i know how most of you peeps are. i eat fish, sushi and whatever all the time. i grew up along the ocean in south boston and my dad always brung home stuff from work so i got used to it.

8 ounces of salmon = 64 grams of protein
8 ounces of plain baked beans = 14 grams of protein 62 grams of carbs
    -----------
    for a drink.....
8 ounces of milk = 8 grams of protein 12 grams of carbs
8 ounces of egg whites mixed in = 24 grams of protein

    110 grams of protein
    74 grams of carbs

it's really clean food, a very small amount (you will def not feel stuffed) and the weight you gain will be as lean as ever. the fish takes 10 minutes to cook at 450 degree's and the beans are less than that in a pot. longest part is cleaning up. purevl gives some good advice guys, "k.i.s.s." (keep it simple shithead).

you can replace the beans for potato's and get even more clean carbs if you'd like.
