I currently use MM Light because I've never really been skinny and I'd like to keep as many calories out of my diet as possible. Recently I've gotten back into regulating my diet better, not calorie counting or anything but just eating better.

Anyway, what would OT recommend? I don't constantly do protein throughout the day, mostly after I lift or about 30-45 minutes before. Other than that I just try to eat right.

So would like some suggestions? Or am I pretty good with MM? It tastes great (especially Cookies N Cream/Chocolate) I'm just wondering if there is something I could be taking that's better.

Also, I know this has probably been posted before, but my sub ended yesterday so I can't search and I have a free one coming to me but Fazle hasn't activated yet :hs:

MM light is useless. Compare the lables/serving size with MM regular.

Protein won't make you lose weight. Consistency and dedication will.

^^ Optimum Nutrition whey and you're good

MUSCLE MILK IS NOT WHEY, IT IS A MEAL REPLACEMENT!

with that said, i good whey is Optimum nutrition gold standard. Double chocolate or extreme cholocate are the flavors i like.

    Iron-Tek.

22g protein, 120 calories, has bcaa's in it. Tastes decent (Not as good as ON or BSN)

    It's cheap though.

My Pops owns a nutritional store and I just get this from him.
