Wanna drop a few pounds...

    im 5'9", 170-175 lbs right now. Usually during the summer i get down to 150 just because im more active with work and what not. Every winter i get up to around this weight . Id like to drop maybe 10lbs in the next 3-4 weeks. What should i do? I dont drink pop, i dont really eat candy or potato chips or anything like that....i do eat frozen pizzas pretty often though.Should i just run? is there anything i can do that will be faster and more effective? Running just seems to get old. after 10min or so i get bored of running on a treadmill and with it being 30* outside i cant exactly go out side and run. Should i lift weights? and what foods should i stay away from and what should i eat to drop these unwanted pounds?

    Kick yourself in junk!

    SOOO hard that your stomach shoots up and you lose your appetite for a week!!, as well as your ability to climax...

    Thus, masturbation should be sufficient cardio because you'll never finish...

    I would say good for 10-15 lbs if done right..

    I couldn't recommend running enough, it will get you cut so quickly its not funny. 3-4 times per week, 20-25 minutes per session.

    Do not cut protein out of your life or your muscles will just rot. Just up the exercise.

    Im on the same boat. Im like 5' 7", 160 and although I'm cut I still want the full six pack (right now it's like a really defined 4-pack). I've been cutting out carbs, lowering my sugar intake, trying to eat more protein and training harder than before. I would say, put some headphones on, get your ass on that treadmill and run. It's cold as hell here in NY too so the treadmill is the best alternative (runnin in 10 degree weather isnt fun).

    well if you really want to lose the weight, you'll do whatever it takes to do so. run on the threadmill for about 30 mins then lift weights. read the stickies
