im 5'9", 170-175 lbs right now. Usually during the summer i get down to 150 just because im more active with work and what not. Every winter i get up to around this weight . Id like to drop maybe 10lbs in the next 3-4 weeks. What should i do? I dont drink pop, i dont really eat candy or potato chips or anything like that....i do eat frozen pizzas pretty often though.Should i just run? is there anything i can do that will be faster and more effective? Running just seems to get old. after 10min or so i get bored of running on a treadmill and with it being 30* outside i cant exactly go out side and run. Should i lift weights? and what foods should i stay away from and what should i eat to drop these unwanted pounds?
