I would like to spend no more then $50 a week(7 days) for food. Right now i spend $100 on shitty food, mostly items you bake or nuke I can add more money if need be. Anyway, like the title says, i want to start dieting. I bike 5 miles 5 days a week. And my current job is labor, so i eat like a pig as i use up a lot of energy. So i get a work out, i have lost like 40lbs in the past year, but seem to have stopped @ 256. What can i get that is in my budget and healthy. I need lots of items, i dont want to be eating the same thing daily.
