the weater here in vancouver has officially became summer.....
since then, i've been waking up with a sore throat....it hurts everytime i swallow, most likely due to dryness, or maybe allergies, or maybe both

anyone experience this before? any way to prevent this from happening? or any quick solutions to get rid of it?

Summer is the least likely time to haveallergies. It can be from post nasal drip, a start of a flu, or just a dry throat.

I've gotten canker sores on the dangly thing in the back of my throught a few times, it took my forever to figure out what was going on. made it a bitch to do anything, eat swallow drink etc.

if thats the case just watch the acidic intake and stress. i was drinking grapefuit juice and coffee all day, not the best idea

Might be tonsillitis slowly developing. Do you have little white spots on your tonsils right now? Watch for 'em.
