    29 weeks out from the Emerald Cup, the biggest show in the NW. Looks like I'm going to compete in the open middle weight class this time around:noes: . Looking to to come in much leaner, harder, and much bigger muahahaha. we're puting the crew together as I speak so I ought to have some good training parteners over upcomming months.

    I'm going to do something I didnt do last time and keep a log at the gym and post it here along with pics as I progress. It's mutha fuckin time to get lean son.

    Just comming of an injury (broke my hand), cut my faggy cast off and my hand should be 100% in no time. So hopefully It dosent give me any more trouble.

    Had to wear straps as my right had hasnt got all it's grip back.

    Deads: 365x8 lost grip, 405x4 lost grip on 5, 405x3 lost grip, 315x10
    pull ups: 3x15,12,10, close grip x8
    Iso rows: 3x8
    seated rows: 3x8
    pull downs: 3x8

    Biceps (negs on the way down)
    straight bar curls: 4x6 -80
    seated hammers: 3x8 -35
    ez bar preachers: 2x6 -60
    went on to do some burn sets on the curl machine...

    What a shitty day. Hand doing alot better since monday though hopefully it's all better next week...

    4 my training today i did sum hams/calves/cardio/abs and then my friends tricked me ta get drunk, fuck! Oh well my diet is on point and I know magic.

    Shoulders/traps

    DB shoulder press 3x8- 85
    Front delt raises (negs) 3x8 -75
    rear delt raises 3x8-10 - 35
    machine lateral raises 2 burn sets

    DB shrugs

    Last friday I shit in my pants a little bit doing straight legged dead lifts. On my way returing from the locker room I saved this guys life who failed to get up 400lbs and missed the saftey knotches. He later preformed oral sex on me and painted my toe nails to show his gratitude.

    Got a local supplement/smoothie chain to sponsor me today. I get $173.00 per month for supps. and all my entry fee's paid. All I have to I have to do wear their T-shirts when I work out and at the show and plug them when ever I have the chance.
