w00t for me

    Finally dumbell pressed 140, 70 each side 3 reps... whew.. I know its probably laughable and pretty pitful feat... but a month ago i was barely able to put up 100 :).. i am 5'11 weighted 148 now at 155ish.... i feel much more strength and feel overall better... btw i am taking GNC whey but really don't know how much thats helping... infor flaming :rofl:

    thanks.. it sucks because i am developing a "gut".. and as skinny as i am right now... I do not see a lean stomach... bout 2 years ago i was 220 pounds.. lost it all dropped to 148 and now.. trying to build my body into a nice shape.. :coolugh:

    thats a pretty drastic weight change. if you wanna build a nice physique as far as lots of muscle, low fat, you shoud check out the stickied thread "wanna be abodybuilder or look like one?" the archives have some nice info too just to read about and stuff

    Thanks, and for the weight loss it was drastic change. I lost my weight way to fast, eating tuna/chicken for 2 months straight. Cardio two times a day, and the result came pouring down. Now i have extra skin that was stretched because of my dramatic body change :hsd: oh well..

    you should say you pressed the 70's rather than totalling up the weight, less confusing that way.

    but good job. congrats.

    Congratulations. Just keep after it and you'll be working out with them.

    hopefully within couple weeks i can surpass my own weight... I need to focus on my lower back but it seem stricted because i have sciatia or herniated disk...
