Weight 7/5: 211
That's alot of carbs wtf.
What about milk and whey powder? You're not a VEGAN are you?
Not flaming just curiosity, but why are you a vegetarian if it has obviously led to your current unhealthy physical state made apparent by your "beer belly and man tits?" Focusing more on lean meats, eggs, whey, vegetables etc. would certainly help you achieve your goals much faster.
lol, i recommend being one of those vegetarians that can mysteriously eat fish. then tuna/salmon/talapia/halibut it up.
holy fuck I didnt know anybody else would be looking at this
Didnt realize how bad it was until OT encouraged me to map out a day on fitday. Based on OT input, here is my revised diet which i stick to now.
Heres what i eat daily:
730: egg whites w/ cheese and steel cut oats w/pb
11: 2 scoops whey in 16oz FF milk
130: Tuna wrap w/hummus and cheese
345:ff cottage cheese w.pineapple
6-7: 2 cups of dinner which is noodles or rice with veggies/legumes/tofu/cheese
late night: 2 hard boiled eggs
Becoming veg was one of the first health choices I made. I stopped eating meat for ~3 months before I cut out booze, started working out, and really paid attention to calories and macros.
I was fat wayyyyyyyyy longer than I was a veg. Once I looked at my diet seriously and realized it was damn near impossible to get proper macros, I caved and started eating tuna for lunch. I was eating a 51g/carb peanut butter jelly sammich before that
edit: becoming a veg was actually really beneficial in the beginning because it de-motivated me to eat fast food(which I did alot). I mean, I'm not gonna drive to mcdonalds just for fucking fries, you know?
I definitely have taken this path. I mean, fish dont have feelings anyways.
anyways 7/6: 14.4 miles in 43 minutes
whoa, did you really run over half a marathon in under 45 mins....that must be a typo, if not then
Shit. I do 4 miles in 35-45 mins 5 times a week. (i mean, its not hard and i intentionally keep the pace slow so i don't burn muscle away on my low carb diet, but still)
40g of fat per day is pretty low... lower carb and higher fat = more satiating
on a bike lol
nobody ever said i wasn't stupid

Also, still 208 today, may not lose at all this week. Making the following changes:
changing morning snack from 2 scoops whey in 16oz FF milk (450 cal/52g protein) to protein bar(330 cal/32g protein)
Bought measuring cups to measure out egg white, cheese and cottage cheese(decreasing from 1.5 cups estimated to 1 cup exact) portions.
14.5 miles today
Did about 4 miles of intense offroad mountain biking, then got a flat :Ownedd:
Only lost 1 lb this week I feel like Ive still got plenty of fat and I shouldnt be slowing down this much yet. I am going to cut a couple small things out of my diet and make sure im still busting my ass during my workouts.
My diet from yesterday:
going to cut out the hummus and cheese stick. Also adding 1 bronkaid tablet taken as 1/2 twice daily. I know its not alot, but it will help suppress appetite and I'm not gonna punish my heart to lose my gut.
