The R32 is great, I'd consider buying one purely for the sound the 3.2 V6 makes. That makes it a much better car than the Focus RS.

Yeah, I do think its a bit pricey.
Im sure ill be first in line here in Michigan though.

The car was actually an A2 from Waterfest.
I have the same, but in black, without the shaved handles.

Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny here. If so, ill take some pictures of mine. I need one for my av.

I didnt take the pictures.. Hangover/flu/laziness owned me.

The car in my av and my car both have dual rounds, not quad.
    I bought a kit (195.00 delivered)..
If you want quad rounds, go find an 87-92 GTI from a local junkyard. They came stock with the quads.. Get the core support, headlights, grill and clip a good amount of the wiring harness to make it easier on yourself.
If you want to buy them new, you can do that too. Average price for the full kit is about 300.00-350.00.

My GTI is an 86. I converted over to big bumpers and big doors from a 91 GTI. Dual round headlights, shaved wiper on the rear hatch. Fender flares and side molding have also been shaved off. Engine is a 88 GLI 16v with techtonics cams and pulleys and a removed ac.. Euro manifold, techtonics downpipe, no cat, autotech exhaust.
Trans is a 16v quaife, Neuspeed shift kit..Neuspeed front upper stress bar, Autotech front lower and rear bars.
Zimmerman crossdrilled rotors all the way around with mintex green box pads.
Weitec GT suspension with VR6 bearings up front.
Konig Zeige wheels with a set of Nitto450's surrounding them.
Interior is next up. I have the votex center column, but thats coming out within the next week to make way for an A3 dash swap. I'll transfer over my momo tornado and shift equiptment when I do the swap.

My other car is an A2 Jetta that im trying to finish a VR6 swap on. Im having nothing but problems with it so im taking some time away from it to relax my emotions before I beat it with a sledgehammer.

    Curb weight is 3350 pounds.
Not sure on the 1/4 mile time, but..
It hits 62 mph in 6.6 seconds and tops out at 153 mph, according to VW.

Shit, R20 is going to quite nice. I'd only get the 04 R32s as I can't believe for a "sport" car it wouldn't have the option for a manual gear box.
