I'd stay away from Neuspeed. Shine makes great suspension stuff, like sway bars. Diesel Geek has the best shifter.

    apr and giac for chips
neuspeed for sway / tie bars
    h+r or kw for suspension
dietrich, rieger, caractere, jom, abt, zender, oettinger for body styling
UR, Schrick, Turn 2, Techtonics, for engine perf.

Stay the fuck away from AEM, and similar companies, or go and buy a honda.

PS. If you buy "altezza" tail lights for you're car, i'll stab you.

    I have 4 1.8T engine cars.

'01 Audi TT 225 with APR chip
'01 VW Jetta Wolfsburg with Neuspeed chip
'99.5 Audi A4 1.8T with K04 turbo and GIAC chip
    '98.5 Audi A4 1.8T with Neuspeed chip

Don't let anyone tell you that a Neuspeed chip is lower in quality. It's a flat out lie. So far I'm least happy with my APR chip.

I had one blown turbo, but I'm 100% sure it was not related to the chip. The old K03 turbos had wastegate rod issues.

Neuspeed is not only crazy overpriced, but I can almost bet most of everyone would go with any of the other main companies over Neuspeed.

My APR chip for the TT cost $500 + $80 installation at Hartmann Motorsport. My Neuspeed chip on the Jetta cost $300 including installation. My GIAC chip on the A4 cost $700 + $75 installation. My Neuspeed VBL chip on the A4 cost $170 with free installation. I hardly think Neuspeed is overpriced.

The blown K03 was on the '98.5 A4. I got chipped at ~10,000 miles and blew the turbo at ~25,000 miles. It has ~62,000 miles on it now..... still running strong on that 2nd turbo.

Ask whatever you want and I'll try to answer. I know much more about Audis than VWs though.

check out the classifieds at the vortex. they have good deals/groups buys on many things, even get some slightly used stuff.

but stay away from the MKIV forum

I wasnt refering soley to their chip but several of their products. I havent heard too many things about the Neuspeed chip but they are hardly as popular as APR, Revo, GIAC, UPsolute and Im guessing there is a reason
