Guys, i've been searching left and right for a piece of information about VW engine heads.

I'm trying to find out if the VR6 (corrado) exhaust ports are the same size and placement as the golf R32 exhaust ports - so that i can adapt a turbo manifold from the VR6 onto the R32.

If anyone has the answer, or can point me in the direction of someone who does, i'll be very grateful.

I doubt it. I know R32 have 3.2 lieters of displacement - I think older VR's are only 2.6 or something.

If you're looking to turbo your R32 - HPA has em. But they are pricey.

I also think the new VR6 is DOHC 24 valve vs. 12 valve SHOC

  5. yep 12v = old 24v = new they are totally different
