    This is me right now.

I just started working about maybe 3-4 weeks ago.
As you can see, I'm still quite skinny.
    5'7" and 135lbs.
Help me get broly OTAH! Well I'd like to be about 150lb for now.

Monday - Chest, bis, tris, squats, abs
Tuesday - jog if I'm not lazy, abs
Wednesday - shoulders, back?, obliques, abs
    Thursday- jog, abs
Friday - Chest, bis, tris, squats, abs
    Saturday - off or jog
    Sunday - off or jog

Right now, I drink about 150g of protein a day and try to eat as much as I can. It's hard for me to gain (good) weight I guess. Damn my superior azn metabolism. :o

I'm gonna be posting pics like every month or something. :dunno:

can you use fitday.com and add up the calories per day you are getting? Doesn't look like enough.

    You're not eating nearly enough.

And "whatever I can find to eat" doesn't help much.

4000 calories isnt difficult, try out calorie dense food. Like Salmon, or chicken sandwidges with cheese. Yogurt etc

God dammit I suck at trying to eat more calories.
    I also had a medium Quizno's smoked turkey. :o
    I'm boycotting Quizno's. :squint:

The New Whey stuff isn't bad. Tastes like candy. :yum:

    Bench
    4x10 50
    Butterflies
    4x10 10
    Curls
    4x10 10
    Skullcrushers
    4x10 10
    Abs
    100 situps.

The numbers for the bench excludes the bar obviously. Idunno how much the bar itself weighs. It feels like 50. :dunno:.
100 seems pretty low though? I'm teh weak. :(
I do the curls where you hold on dumbell at a 90 angle work the other arm and switch. They suck. I keep trying to up the weights for the curls, but I fail miserably. :o

Try and stick with real food and use protein shakes as an extra. i feel you on the "superior azn metabolism".. its a bitch! for a while, i was eating shitloads of garbage and didnt put on much fat and but put on some good weight. i think you need to step it up a notch, your diet minus the shakes is something a girl would eat. take advantage of your high metabolism and just pig out! i went from 135 to 170ish, then blew up to 190 eating everything i could get my hands on! this took about 4 years tho and the hardest was after 160 lbs. 150 should be no problem for you.. just be patient and stick with it. i would of rather skipped a workout session than miss a meal. here was my diet @ 190...

meal 1: 3 eggs however you like it + keep the yolks, cinamon oatmeal or a big bowl of wheat grain cereal (dont by shy on the whole milk).

meal 2: fast food.. get like 2 burgers, small french fries, and salad.. if you cant finish 2 burgers (real size burgers), just take the meat out of one and eat that.. or get a double cheese burger.. get use to cheeseburgers.

meal 3: i'll run into a liquor store and pick up anything with a lot of nuts or grains.. payday bar was my favorite.. grab 2. eat it with a protein shake and make sure you use whole milk, a little extra powder than recommended.. add some fruit if you have a blender handy.

meal 4: usually fast food again but lighter (1 burger), or a microwaveable meal with milk.

meal 5: dinner at home.. rice, meat, veggies, milk.

meal 6: leftovers from dinner. (small meal.. if your doing it right, this meal will be very hard to get down)

meal 6 1/2: an hour later, protein shake with milk.

the typical oly bar weighs 45lbs so you were bench 95lbs 4x10 which isnt too bad at your weight and experience. keep at it and good luck
