This is me right now. I just started working about maybe 3-4 weeks ago. As you can see, I'm still quite skinny. 5'7" and 135lbs. Help me get broly OTAH! Well I'd like to be about 150lb for now. Monday - Chest, bis, tris, squats, abs Tuesday - jog if I'm not lazy, abs Wednesday - shoulders, back?, obliques, abs Thursday- jog, abs Friday - Chest, bis, tris, squats, abs Saturday - off or jog Sunday - off or jog Right now, I drink about 150g of protein a day and try to eat as much as I can. It's hard for me to gain (good) weight I guess. Damn my superior azn metabolism. I'm gonna be posting pics like every month or something.
