    anybody mixing these 2????

    ive been doing it for 10 days, and lost 8 pounds...with 1 1/2-2 hours of basketball cardio a day....

    ftw!!!!

    just so you know... its mostly water weight. but keep with it and you'll make gains. make sure you're lifting

    :werd: i've been dieting for 2+ months now...pretty low on cals, low on carbs. Thought i was pretty depleted, etc... Added in E/C last week finally, and i instantly dropped another 2 lbs.

    yeah...thanks, ive noticed a big difference...and its mostly water weight...

    what do you recommend for bulkin up????

    im on the low carb high protein shit...but i know i need to start bulkin up a bit....

    lemme rephrase...what supplements should i take to bulk muscle mass?

    diet... you don't need supplements

    your basic multivitamin, protein, fish oil, and creatine will do. Your gains are made with diet - get you diet in line and good things will be had.

    it would be beneficial for you to read the noob sticky and read the archives. everything you need to know is in there
