Anyone have problems with the volume on "music cd" setting when you burn thru itunes? I'm trying to burn some music i purchased a cd on itunes and volume is fine on itunes and my mp3 player, yet when i burn it on a cd the volume is way low. I tried burning as a data cd and mp3 cd but it wont convert the purchased music to mp3...and my head unit cant read AAC. WTF

i've noticed that itunes makes cds with low sound. i believe you can select all the files to burn and right click, goto info and increase the volume from there.

the weird thing is, all of the music that isnt purchased is normal sounding and volume is fine. Its the music i purchased from itunes that gets the gay treatment.

Soundcheck does some normalization, I find it to be inconsistant.

make sure both of these are off. i had the same problem a while back, this is the one thing about itunes that is pretty useless imo.

listen to it with it, and listen to it without. its 10x clearer. i think it reduces noise or something in the music.
