Has anyone tried these pills? They supposedly increase your lung capacity and your body's use of oxygen so you don't run out of breath so fast. I'm wondering if these things actually work, or if it's another bottle of snakeoil?

Theres more of these things from different more respected name brands, but you get the idea.

I never had much luck with Cardio Breeze, but a lot of people on here like it so it may be worth looking into. I usually just pound an energy drink before cardio and it helps a bunch.

So is this like an energy drink on steroids, or does this actually increase the Vo2 rate? The website isn't really clear?
