Has anyone tried it? I first started drinking it to replace sodas out of my diet and the results are magnificent. I gave birth 17 months ago and after I replaced the soda, I lost all the weight and I am back at 118lbs. (I also swam/biked)

I also started drinking it to get my good share of the vitamin b complex and have noticed I haven't gotten any colds since then. Once in a while I feel like I'm starting to come down with something but I never do.

Oh and it's also delicious :p

Real juice isn't all that great for you, either. Lots of sugar/simple carbs. It's fine as long as you're not drinking like 3 glasses a day because of the nutritional value in most fruit juices.

Personally, I like to get my vitamins from real food. I still take an MV cos, well, you can't get all vitamins from food

As long as you're drinking teh calorie-free vitamin water, I see no problem with it. It still hydrates and you're more likely to drink fluids if they taste good. I'm a big fan of Propel, Powerade Option and Crystal Light because of that.

It adds up cost wise but I drink tons of Propel. totally addicted to it. At least 1/2 gallon of that per day.

Eating the original fruit itself would be far better for you.

what the fuck are you talking about? How does it get into the juice if it's not in the original fruit/vegetables?

you do know fruit contains fructose, which is stored as glycogen in the liver as opposed to your muscles, so eating fruit is like eating empty calories except for the phytonutrients, fiber and vitamins, which can be covered by tablets and salads.

There's a difference though. Real fruit and vegetables because of the solid and fibre content is far more filling. In other words its far easier to drink the juices of 10 fruits than to actually eat them.
Drinking it in the juice form (epsecially fruit juices), allows you to take it in quantities that may have less desireable consequences.
