    Hey guys.

Just wanted to know if you guys could give me a bit of advice with some vitamins. I have started to work out and I want something that will help me out all around.

By the way, my "workouts" include walks/ jogs/ runs around the lake, swimming laps, and thinking about lifting.

    Thanks!

I use Flintstones chewables. Seriously, get a big jug from Sam's and they taste great.
