Do you think multivitamins and supplements like that are good replacements for getting the vitamins from foods? I'm sure most people have some deficiencies in their diets for at least a few things. Just wondering if vitamins are a crutch to get going on a good diet or if they can be a replacement

if you regularily train and CAN eat veggies/foods that give you the vitamins, then you should. you shouldnt rely on using vitamins as a replacement.
