so i was out shopping the other day pickin up some shit, and decided to buy a bottle of vitamin b12 since it was cheap, and i thought it gave you energy. its 1000mcg, which is 16,000% of the recomended DV! but upon researching it, it doesnt appear my body uses it all, and most of it is flushed out. can anyone confirm or deny this? or know what the benefits of taking b12 is?
