I am having a bitch of a time adding a reference to a namespace & class used in another project.

In the solution explorer, I am right clicking on "references", and clicking "add reference", but it says you must either add an exe or dll.

The error I'm getting is "The type or namespace 'Chatp4_Server' could not be found ( are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

My "Server" has 2 files. AssemblyInfo.cs and ServerAppClass.cs. The ServerAppClass.cs file has what I'm trying to access. How do I tell this other program (The client) how to access it?

  2. Is the other project a managed assembly?
