[Vista] BlueScreen error in vista (and problem with updating BIOS)

    i have been using vista for a while now, all is well, all of a sudden, I experienced a sudden restart (BlueScreen), and it happened for like 5 times now, here is the report i got

    I did some research and found out that updating your MOBO bios would solve the problem, but i am having problem finding a flash program for that task

    so if you have any comments, please reply

    Delete the minidump folder and clean your temp files, and see if it continues. It can be a number of issues. From the errors you've mentioned, I've seen a lot of it pertain to rootkits.
