    i'm 20 and two weeks ago was the first time i've lifted any weights or been to a gym EVER. ultimate n00b... use to be like 160 two years ago, but i since then discovered jack in the box and moved out (no home cooked meals :wtc: )

    don't know why i made this but lisa has one so :hsd:

    Monday - 9/27/05

    ran for an hour on the treadmill ~300 calories ~3 miles

    lunch = 6" chicken parmesan from subway, med pepsi - 12:00

    afternoon = 6" chicken parmesan from subway, glass of OJ - 4:00

    dinner = chicken, glass of OJ & milk - 9:00

    teh bad stuff: venti caramel frappucino, 4 (but tiny) cookies
