    well when your chest caves in the work goes to your biceps, it was only on like the 3rd rep. Use your back to pull as much as you can and keep your chest up and out

    Nice job, overhead squats are tough stuff.

    I get strange stares at my gym when I do them, but I work out at a douche bag factory.

    meh. my 1rm right now is 460 beltless. down from 485 belted last year:wtc:

    i dislocated two fingers in my left hand and neither have completely healed. one of them i cant even straighten. so thats not helping either

    i was on track to. rugby slowed me down though. seasons over now so hopefully ill bounce back

    you're right about the depth on the oh squats, but it looks like your ankles don't have enough mobility.
