It was off a 17" box so a little above parallel, and yeah my setup sucked because I'm used to squatting out of a monolift. I had to unrack the weight here, move my hands to the outside of the bar, squat, and re rack it without smashing my hands. Also on the second vid one of my elbows is really weird but I think the bar was shifted more to one side of my back than the other. Oh well. The weights felt damn easy and flew up, as you can see.
