    yeah it looks uber fun. Ive never done pad work like that before I would throw hands and mix in kicks but you can tell after watching that video why the thais are so damn good at clinch fighting. I think Im going to throw some extra money when I go out and get some private sessions to get more mit work in. I love working the mits to me its the funnest part of training.

    any one see the part with the dog lol

    i have a lumpinee champion as my instructor and he doesn't even do it like that

    he usually just call combos and i do them, and then hit me when he sees an opening

    nice. free flowing pad work like that is a pretty cooperative effort. the trainer has to be good, but the fighter has to be just as good to give it a good flow. doing specific combos over and over can only get you so good
