god damn, I'd buy a lotto ticket.
What navy does that shit belong to? Its like a battleship with a flight deck added on the side.
the first words of the video are "aboard the russian aircraft carrier . . ."
I didnt hear that part.
In Russia the plane lands you
Half the time those sayings never work, but this one is so applicable.
fucking a, i can't stand to watch these videos with the narration...titanic inferno shoots flames across the deck as the fireball devours the plane and satin rises from the deck of the ship
no speaker for work?
shit that would have been one of my first thoughts, is to punch out. All U.S. ejection seats are 0/0, so you'd live if you punched out on the ground, as long as you did fall back in the fire.
The narrator says the plane automatically did it but I doubt that, most of these type of narrated videos they don't know what the fuck they're talking about, it also looked like it might of been more a long the lines of engine failure that brought him down rather then wind.. Pretty sure the russian ones are good for 0' ejections too, that one airshow crash where all the people died the pilots punched out at the very last minute and lived.
Yeah, silence ftl.
seems like you can hear the engine note change
but yah, I'm pretty sure basically every new plane these days uses 0/0 seats.
It really did look more like an engine failure than wind. You can clearly see when the engine failed and the place started to lose vertical thrust.
0/0 ejection seats are Russian technology, actually.
Can't imagine what their impetus was to invent it.
