i don't know if anyone's ever specifically called bs on any numbers i've mentioned but the gym was pretty empty and there just happened to be a little table sitting next to the bench today.

it came out pretty shitty, and it looks as if my right arm is not coming down as far as my left, but it's just the upwards angle and closer position of the camera. Anyway if you don't like it you can go fuck yourselves :fawk:

I hate you. Nice pressing but damn you need a new camera :p

I can press the 90's and 95's no problem but for some reason the 100's own me hardcore, maybe its just mental.

it's just the camera on my phone. i can't see myself bringing an actual camera into the gym to take videos :o

if you can do 95's then it probably is mental, i've had/have that problem on several lifts.

It's clearly not holding your shoulder development back so good job.

the only other shoulder press i regularly do is seated on the smith machine, which i go up to 275 x 6 or so. that's 275 as if it were a regular bb, i don't know how much the smith bar weighs.

    i'm 5'7.5

Can you give a reason why one should go any lower than 90?

I go way farther down on my presses (I could be doing em wrong) and that's why I'm stuck at 60/65s probably haha

but then my push press sucks too so ya

i couldn't even come close to 100s though so sweet job
