    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::squint::squint:

    roids ftw!!!

    I like my denim even though it is a fucking apron on me....I'm just not a fan of the superiority complex that I get when I'm around a lot of USAPL lifters because I lift in the AAPF and use a mono.

    Yeah IPF/USAPL elitism can be annoying too. Although if Brian Siders is natural I'll suck my own dick.

    monolifts are the shiznit, how can you not like those? (I know you do, I mean ipf peoples)

    I disagree...

    for example...Kara B. hates denim shirts and gets sic carryover from a Rage-X...

    Scott Albano (700+ bencher) on the other hand hates the Rage-X and loves his Karens DD....

    different shirts work better for differntly built people....

    Strangely enough I still walk all my squats out of the monolift in training, although I don't have a suit or any of that shit at the moment either. I just prefer the set up and being able to grip wider than out of a rack.

    I also need to learn how to stop at parallel because I tend to go way too fucking deep. I'd fit right in at the USAPL :p

    it may take away from "raw" strength but thats not what the sport is about, the suit does not move itself you jsut have too develop your strength in different areas....

    as far as what Kara B calls it....she uses both phrases and I think I may know a bit better then you as I train with her on a weekly basis....:fawk:

    irronically I have the same problem most of the time....I tend to sink them deep as shit 95% of the time or I cut them 5-7inches high....I may start using a hassock just to gauge depth and not stop on it but just lightly tag it....

    I cant wear her shirt as they are to small....the one rage-x I got from her was two sizes to big that inzer fucked up and told her to keep it...a size 46 rage-x is not big but respectable for a 220 imo....and I've hit more the 270 in the denim and considering I can touch sub 225 in it I'm not getting much out of it...:fawk:

    considering I can bench more then 260 raw no I am not peal Jr....also, I've worn a shirt a total of 3 or 4 times in training and once in a meet....

    I know I am weak which why I do the majority of my training raw, if I kept a log here you'd know that but I dont. My shirt/suit is loose and I like it that way, I fucking hate squeezing into it as it is so at this point I'm just trying to gain as much LBM and strength as possible.

    Bro, I know what you are saying which is why I haven't gone crazy with the gear yet. I have no intentions on getting any new gear until I hit atleast 250. Also, its not like I am training on my own at the school gym put with a bunch of experienced PL'ers who have told me all the same shit which is why I have modified my training as such.

    Also, why not lift at meets in gear? Thats jsut retarderd, granted we may not set an records but could place well in our respective classes which is a great confidence booster. Why compete with a handicap? Use the gear just enough to learn it but do the majority of your lifting raw.

    As a matter of fact I am considering doing a push/pull (in FL with Sean) raw instead of fucking around with gear down there.
