HOLLA. Just filmed this today at the gym.

I really filmed this so I could get some help on my form, which seems to be lacking somewhat.

    right click, save as:

    YEAH BUDDAY

and here's the ugly-ass attempt at 585 where I got this strange feeling in my balls, now with 100% more Def Leppard:

Your form is fairly decent. Two suggestion I saw:

    1. move your shoulders back more.
    2. bring your hips up more (this may require you to step closer to the bar)

Top is what your form should have been, except you want your torso to be a little lower so you have enough room to arch your back. Noticed that when you start pulling your body is moving towards the first position? This wastes energy as you drag the weight forward instead of pulling back. Notice how in your actual start position, your shoulders are too forward leaning and how low your hips are. Get it more in line with the top pic.

Well its a PR for reverse band deads, which I'd never done before. The way I had it set up I wasn't getting any assistance at the top and it was just helping break the weight off the floor.

Non assisted my max was around 525 a while ago but I havn't gone heavy on deads in a long time.

Yeah I think I had it too far in front of my body and couldn't really get under it. I also need to work on coming back on my heels on the way up.

The way I had it setup with just the bar it was around knee level and it was pretty firmly anchored to the ground with 135.

Nice pull, I would think that you could do it without the bands from the look of it.
