    Tire weighs about 580lbs.

Parks department got pissy about doing it outside so we were regulated to doing it on the basketball court :wtc:

Person in front is there to put some downward force on the tire so it doesn't slide, and the person in back is used to keep my feet planted because the floor is so slippery. Fun stuff. My shoulders are red as fuck from all the friction.

My knees were on the ground (which they shouldn't be for better leverage) but I could not pick the thing up with my knees up because my feet would slide no matter what was holding me. Enjoy!

EDIT: It'll process soon. Fucking youtube.

I tried. And I think it would have been more comfortable, but it pushed me back away from the tire enough where my feet would slide uncontrollably. :wtc:

Probably the worst surface to flip a tire on. Try it outside on pavement if you can. It will be a lot easier. :bigthumb:

    screw the parks dept

Yea, I wish I could have. My training partner said the same thing about the pavement. The tire was easy as hell to lift but I could not fucking get my damn feet planted and keep the tire from moving.

Ive done the 680+ at my gym and it was bonkers, the key is mashing your knee to it and then push it as hard as you can when its almost up so you can get maximum distance in each flip

Yup. The basic technique is keep your body as close to it as possible. My chest and shoulders were all red (we did a few sets) from just hammering myself into it. I was SHOCKED at how easy it was to flip. Obviously you're not lifting nearly the full weight of the tire, but its a lot lighter than I imagined. It was a lot of fun even with the difficulties.
