Video from tonites miserable attempt at a giant dropset

    Saw Matt K's video and had to try it. I have so much more respect for what he did after trying it myself. I picked 5 reps thinking it would be doable.... and I was wrong

    Went:

    515x5
    415x5
    325x5

    FAIL... legs just gave out after I unracked 235.

    Warning: Video is mad long. I couldnt figure out how to edit it. Lifting starts around 45 seconds. There is a cute hockey chick getting the bar ready toward the beginning and doing some deep reps with 135 towards the end.

    Great friggin challenge though. I will get it in the future. I was pretty pissed off about failing, but when it comes down to it, I think 3 reps is high volume and I never do squat dropsets. So now I have a new challenge infront of me and I will destroy this challenge

    i did legs today and it took me 30 minutes of laying down to get the vomiting feeling to subside.

    hah, mine was back.. seated cable rows for 8 back to back sets with no rest (4 reps/set).

    Matt K's video. I did the same weights he used (basically) but I was using a heavy squat bar (55lbs)

    Nice attempt and it may be the camera angle but it didn't look like you hit parallel with any of those :p
