Video card died! Need help with replacement

I've got an older computer 3-5yrs old (i forget) and my video card fan died today. Now I no I can just buy another 9800Pro but I'd like to upgrade if I can. I've got the specs for the 9800 below.

My comp specs are a 3.2 ghz, 2gs ram, XP, no clue about mobo specs but I do know that there is no PciExpress slots and just the one AGP slot. Anyone have any tips / suggestions?

Needs to support dual monitor, and atleast 256mbs
