  1. Anyone know any programs to increase vertical? I have a 16" vertical right now, but want to make it 20"-22"

need some more background info on you

most likely you just need to get ALOT stronger....16" unless you are a female and under 16 is just awful so is 20" for that matter

get stronger and if you're a fatass, change that. vince carter would probably lose 10 inches off his vertical if he was wearing a 25 lb backpack, so if youre 25 lbs overweight thats the easiest way to improve your vertical. get stronger while you get leaner to see even better results. than look into plyometrics once you do that.

I gotta say-- I never really worried about my vert, but since I started squatting, I'm close to grabbing rim! :O

edit: I tried searching but uh....did OT change their search rules? I thought it was free to search F&N.

Word to that... i did Air Alert 1 like 7 years ago and it improved quickness and vertical like crazy..... but i always hated the standing high jump (especially by week 7) because it was so tiring

and i can dunk still following ankle injuries
