    I use the one at the rec and the one at home. just make sure it's not rickety as shit, the one here wobbles when I do dips :hsugh:

    only thing I would do on that is dips. hanging leg raises>that shit & a door mount pull-up bar is much cheaper.

    Worth it just for the pullups alone, but I've yet to find one that doesn't feel like it's moving or going to fall apart when I use it.

    I'd reverse the pullup bar and have it on the back if possible. Looks like it wouldn't work to well they way they have it pictured.
