Used for the first time on Sunday. Immediately bought the last pair at my gym after I used them. So much better than gloves

    sorry about that.

Correct. They felt a little weird on my wrist at first but after I got used to them, I loved 'em.

what were the tubes that went over the bar to make it more difficult to do lifts to help improve grip strength?

I used the tylergrips because I didn't own a 2" diameter axel. So i would use the grips to immitate an axel. Usually for deadlifting and overhead presses.
