Verizon Samsung SCH-i730 being replaced soon?

    I'm thinking about getting one but I don't want to miss an improved on by a few weeks.

    What does everyone think of this phone?

    vzw is supposed to get the i830, similar to what Sprint has.

    It looks like the 830 just takes out the wifi and adds international gsm support. Windows Mobile 5 would be nice though. It still looks like Verizon's 730 is running 2003 2nd ed, at least according to their web site.

    Its interesting that Sprint promotes using the phone as a modem for a laptop while Verizon does everything they can to stop it. I just wish Sprint's network wasn't so much crappier than Verizon's.
