Anyone know if it's possible for a DoD entity to donate no longer used gov't cell phones to this program? Figured I'd start here before calling up DRMO/Logistics offices and harassing them. :o

When I worked for DRMO, I never saw a cell phone come in. No clue what the procedures are for that.

Cell phones aren't tracked. You can talk with the AF Ground Radar guys. They usually get tasked with keeping up with AF cell phones and pagers.
