    leg press - 4x6 @ 140
    incline db bench - 2x12 w/35's
    some ab work

    probably could've upped all non leg lifts, do so next week

    ***add some oblique work, either db side bends or 45 deg platform side bend

    easy grippers - 1x8,1x8 inverse each hand

    workout-
    trainers -
    right hand - 3x5, 3x5 inverse (some not full close, maybe none for inverse)
    left hand - 3x5, 3x5 inverse (no close, just attempts)
    left hand - negatives 3 or 4

    wrist work-
    hand rotations w/10lb db - 3x8 each hand
